The Clockmaker of Fallen Stars

 

In a quiet village under a sky full of stars 🌌 lived an old clockmaker named Elian ⏳.
His shop was unlike any other — clocks of all shapes and sizes ticked softly on the walls 🕰️,
and in the center stood his masterpiece: The Starfall Clock 🌠.

Legend said that when a star fell 🌟, Elian would catch its light ✋✨ and place it inside the clock.
Each captured star gave him the power to turn back a moment in time 🔄.

People from faraway lands 🌍 came to his shop,
begging him to undo their mistakes 😔 — a broken promise 💔, a missed goodbye 👋, a word they wished they hadn’t spoken 🗣️.

Elian always warned them ⚠️:
"Time is precious. Each turn comes with a price."
And the price was never gold 💰 — it was a memory 🧠.

With every turn of the clock’s silver hands ⚙️,
the moment would rewind ⏮️ —
but the customer would lose their happiest memory 💭✨,
like the warmth of a childhood laugh 😂 or the face of their first love 💕.

One night 🌙, Elian faced his greatest choice.
A star brighter than all the others fell from the sky 🌟💫.
With shaking hands 👐, he caught it and placed it in the Starfall Clock.
He could turn back the moment that had haunted him for years —
the night he failed to save someone he loved 💔.

But Elian hesitated 🤔.
If he turned back time, he would lose his last memory of her smile 😊 —
the very memory that kept him going.

So he let the star fade away 🌠,
keeping the pain and the memory both.
And when the villagers asked him why,
he simply said:
"Some moments are meant to stay, even if they hurt." 💫
